These resources highlight eDiscovery community organizations and provide trustworthy information on discovery, technology and law. They are a great starting point for judges, counsel and clients interested in learning more about best practices and emerging trends.

• Court‑Appointed Neutral Template: A suggested template for a court‑appointed neutral appointment order. This is an example only, and changes may be necessary depending on the nature of the court and neutral role.
• The Sedona Conference: The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit institute committed to "move the law forward in a reasoned and just way through the creation of and publication of nonpartisan consensus commentaries and through advanced legal education for the bench and bar." Its publications and commentaries are essential reading for practitioners. Tara serves on the Steering Committee for Working Group 13 on AI and the Law. She is also an active member and has served on the Steering Committee of Working Group 1 on eDiscovery and Information Governance.
• Academy of Court‑Appointed Neutrals (ACAN): Tara is a member of the ACAN Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Programs & Outreach Committee. She collaborates with colleagues to develop standards and resources for court-appointed neutrals. ACAN's Benchbook is a useful tool for judges and lawyers on court‑appointed neutrals.
